Carl and Lisa Spangenberg have over three decades of ministry experience in southeastern Wisconsin. They began serving the body of Christ in worship ministry in 1991. Since then their ministry has grown into a multidimensional experience, including worship, intercession, prophecy, teaching, and decreeing.
In 2021, Carl and Lisa launched R.O.A.R. Ministries to help “equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12). R.O.A.R. (Restoration Of Abba's Remnant) seeks the personal transformation of believers in Jesus Christ by the power of God's eternal Scriptures and His Holy Spirit. (John 4:23,24).
Carl and Lisa’s ministry has consistently been rooted in a strong prophetic element that God has given them to open doors of revelation (Deut. 29:29). They uphold the whole counsel of the Word of God, worship with passion and zeal, minister prophetic revelation to the body, and invite God to supernaturally manifest His heavenly glory on earth.
Carl and Lisa are licensed ministers with Christian International Apostolic Network. They reside in Southeastern Wisconsin.
